March 29: Photo & Bio Deadline
  • Deadline to submit your photo and biography

April 2: PowderMet2021 & AMPM2021 Outstanding Technical Paper Award Declaration Day
  • PowderMet2021 & AMPM2021 authors only must complete online form to enter the OTPA competitions. (The date to declare for PowderMet2021 and AMPM2021 Outstanding Technical Paper has passed.)
  • MPIF acknowledges receipt and provides authors with speaker guide link

April 16: Draft Manuscript Deadline
  • All draft manuscripts must be submitted to their session chairperson

April 30: Draft Manuscript Comments
 
  • Comments, recommendations, and approval of manuscript directed to authors by session chairperson

May 7: Advance Registration Deadline
 
  • Advance Registration Deadline (All speakers and members of the Technical Program Committees can take advantage of the reduced rate.)

May 14: Final Manuscript and Narrated PowerPoint Deadline
 
  • All manuscripts for Technical Sessions are to be submitted to paper@mpif.org by the author, with the Paper Number and Author’s Last Name in the Subject Line (i.e., 0172 – Doe) Forms required:
    • Copy of Manuscript
    • Transfer of Copyright Agreement
    • Keywords Form
  • All narrated PowerPoint presentations for Technical Sessions are to be submitted to https://filerequestpro.com/up/powdermet2021-submission by the author, with the Session Number and Author’s Last Name in the Subject Line (i.e., P04 – Doe)
  • All digital Posters are to be submitted to https://filerequestpro.com/up/powdermet2021-submission  by the author, with the Paper Number and Author’s Last Name in the Subject Line (i.e., 0172 – Doe)

June 20: Poster Setup
 
  • Authors report with posters (area and time to be announced)

June 21-23: Technical Session, Special Interest Programs, and Poster Presentation
  • Attend Speaker Prep on the morning of your designated Technical Session, Special Interest Programs, and Poster Presentation (in-person registrants only)

July 14: Final Replacement Manuscript Deadline
  • All replacement manuscripts are to be submitted to paper@mpif.org, by this date by author
