Register to attend the conference

The email notifying you of your conference grant award included a registration form that must be completed and returned to SSchember@mpif.org

April 4

Submit your photo and bio for the Mobile App

Please email these to DStab@mpif.org

April 21

OPTIONAL: Draft Manuscripts Deadline

If the poster author would like to submit a manuscript for their poster, the draft must be submitted to the session chairperson.

May 19

OPTIONAL: Final Manuscripts Deadline

If author is submitting a manuscript for their poster, manuscripts must be sent to paper@mpif.org.

May 31

Digital Poster Submission

Final day to be considered for the Outstanding Poster Award. (See Student Grant Poster Guide for details)

June 9

Upload your Conference PowerPoint Presentation

The presentation is for your 10-minute live synopsis of your poster during the scheduled Grant TNT. (See Student Grant Poster Guide for details)

June 12

Deadline to submit narrated technical presentation

The narrated presentation of your abstract will be disseminated through APMI’s post-conference Grant TNT. (See Student Grant Poster Guide for details)

Poster Set-Up

Authors bring your printed poster to the designated area and set-up your poster

June 19

Poster Discussion

All poster authors will be available from 5:30-7:00 p.m. for discussion

June 19-20

Poster Presentation

You will present your 10-minute live synopsis of your posted during a scheduled Grant TNT. (See Student Grant Poster Guide for details)

June 20

Poster Removal

All poster authors are required to remove their posters between 3:15-3:30 p.m.

July 23

OPTIONAL: Final Replacement Manuscript Deadline

If you are submitting a manuscript for your poster, all replacement manuscripts need to be emailed to papers@mpif.org. (See Student Grant Poster Guide for details)
