REGISTRATION

  • Register and reserve hotel rooms online.
  • Advance registration discounts are for a limited time and will guarantee participation in all events.
  • Payment must accompany registration by September 15 to qualify for the lowest rates. Rates increase after September 15.
  • Summit attendance is limited to employees of companies that are members of the Metal Powder Industries Federation. Attendance is not open to members of APMI International whose companies are not MPIF members.
  • Children under the age of 17 will not be permitted.

Hotel Information and Room Rates
Hotel Distil, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel - $234.00 single or double occupancy plus applicable state and local taxes, per night.  Room rate includes Wi-Fi in guest rooms.  Register early to guarantee the group rates at the hotel. Higher rates may apply once our room block is filled or after the advance registration deadline of September 15. Room reservations will be acknowledged by e-mail.

Deposit: 
A credit card is required by the hotel in order to make your reservation. A deposit of one night's room and tax will be charged at the time of making the reservation.

Hotel reservation changes or cancellations: 
Any changes to your hotel reservation should be done directly through the Hotel Distil by calling 502-785-0185.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date or you will be charged one night's room and tax.

Early departure fee: A charge of one night's room and tax will be charged to any guest who departs prior to their confirmed departure date. Departure dates can be changed up to and including time of check-in without penalty.

Dress Attire
Dress is business casual throughout the day for business meetings. For the reception and dinner events recommended dress is casual.

Spouse/Guest Registration
Attendance for spouses or accompanying guests is encouraged. Registration is complimentary and covers the Charitable Giving Networking Event, Welcome Reception, Sunday Networking Event, Monday’s Business Presentations, the Monday Breakfast, Luncheon, and the Closing Dinner.

When registering your spouse for the Summit, please share their email address so that we may share the event details with them as we get closer to the dates (i.e. what to wear, schedule of events, etc.)

*Please note the Spouse/Guest Registration is set-up for spouses/guests that are not involved in the Powder Metallurgy, Additive Manufacturing, or other areas of the industry.

Cancellation
Meeting registration fees will be refunded using the following guidelines:

  • Written requests received by Friday, October 13 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided after Friday, October 13.
  • Failure to attend or not provide written notice by the above dates are liable for the full fees.

Special Needs
Attendees that require special arrangements or have a special need (dietary or physical), please contact Diane Haggerty in advance so that arrangements can be made.

Code of Conduct Policy
Presenters, Vendors, and all other Attendees at MPIF/APMI/CPMT events are expected to comply with instructions from staff members, and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a courteous, professional, and respectful manner, refraining from language and conduct that might bring discredit upon themselves, their organizations, and MPIF/APMI/CPMT. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to disrupting the businesslike atmosphere, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate language, failing to comply with local, state, and federal laws, and conduct that puts themselves and others at risk. This code of conduct applies to both official activities of the event and its program as well as to any informal and social activities taking place in connection with the event. Presenters, and any other Attendees who do not comply with this code of conduct may be removed from the event and barred from attending future MPIF/APMI/CPMT sponsored or co-sponsored events.

Consent of Photograph
MPIF reserves, and the registrant(s) hereby conveys to MPIF, the non-exclusive right to use the registrants’ name, likeness, portrait, voice, and/or bibliographic material in order to advertise, promote, and publicize MPIF’s Conferences.
