Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the United States of America for a Regional Sales Manager. The role involves driving sales initiatives, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand customer requirements, propose tailored solutions, and support clients throughout the decision-making process. The role includes creating and executing strategic growth plans, providing expert consultation, and ensuring exceptional customer support to achieve company sales objectives. Industry know-how within the press-to-sinter sector is highly valuable, as understanding customer processes and challenges is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience — background in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication skills — excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• Market analysis capability — ability to identify opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
• Technical or industrial sales experience — experience in manufacturing or technical environments is an advantage
• Industry knowledge — familiarity with the press-to-sinter industry is a strong plus
• Language proficiency — fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial
• Educational background — Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Adaptability — ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Travel readiness — willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
