New MIM Materials Property Data Released!

MPIF has released new material property data for MIM Stainless Steel (MIM-420 HIP’d & HT) as an Addendum to the 2018 edition of MPIF Standard 35-MIM, “Materials Standards for Metal Injection Molded Parts”.  The new data provides minimum and typical mechanical property data tables in both inch-pound and SI units.

The new standards data is posted on the MPIF website until included in the next published edition of the standard document.  The pdf may be copied and sent to design engineers and others that specify MIM parts and included on specification prints.
