Metal Additive Manufacturing Conference Now a Hybrid Event
The Additive Manufacturing with Powder Metallurgy Conference (AMPM2021) will be offered in a hybrid format, with delegates electing to be in-person or attending virtually. Covering the latest developments in the fast-growing field of metal additive manufacturing. The AMPM conference has grown significantly since its debut in 2014 as the only conference focused on metal AM. The 2021 conference will be held June 20–23 in Orlando, Florida, at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Registration is open at AMPM2021.org.
Co-located with the International Conference on Powder Metallurgy & Particulate Materials (PowderMet2021) and the 10th International Conference on Tungsten, Refractory & Hardmaterials (Tungsten2021), this promises to be the largest global PM event of the year.
In addition to the usual high-level technical programming, 100+ exhibitor trade show, and industry networking events, now delegates, regardless of in-person or virtual, will be able to view all presentations on demand for two weeks following the conference.
“We know travel plans are uncertain right now, but we are moving forward with our campaign for a professionally rewarding conference,” stated James P. Adams, Executive Director/CEO, Metal Powder Industries Federation. “Powder metallurgy continues to be an innovative technology. We must ensure that all speakers are given the platform to present their work, while providing an opportunity for design engineers, materials scientists, and end users to hone their knowledge, regardless of travel restrictions that could have made participating impossible.”
One registration fee provides entrance to AMPM2021 and the co-located PowderMet2021 (PowderMet2021.org) and the 10th International Conference on Tungsten, Refractory & Hardmaterials (Tungsten2021.org) conferences.
Review the program and register now at AMPM2021.org.
The co-located conferences are sponsored by the Metal Powder Industries Federation, the North American trade association representing the powder metallurgy industry, and its affiliate APMI International.
