MIM2021 Call for Presentations

 

An official call for presentations has been announced for MIM2021, International Conference on Injection Molding of Metals, Ceramics and Carbides, to be held February 22–24, 2021, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Potential authors have until September 30, 2020, to submit presentation abstracts on manufacturing innovations and material advancements. All abstracts accepted for presentation will require a PowerPoint submission prior to the conference.

Registration Opens for Metal Injection Molding Conference

Registration has opened for MIM2020: International Conference on Injection Molding of Metals, Ceramics and Carbides—the only international powder and metal injection molding conference of the year. MIM2020 is a global conference and tabletop exhibition highlighting advances in the metal injection molding (MIM) industry. The conference will take place in Irvine, California, at the Hotel Irvine, March 2–4, 2020.

55th Basic PM Short Course Concludes

The annual Basic Powder Metallurgy (PM) Short Course wrapped up its 55th session last week with 74 students in attendance. This year’s course was held August 12–14, and received excellent feedback from attendees, with over 100% stating that they would recommend the course to others.

Metal Injection Molding Association Launches New Website

The Metal Injection Molding Association (MIMA), a trade association that promotes metal injection molding (MIM) powders, components and products, is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website at www.mimaweb.org. The new site features a modern design, improved functionality, and resources for potential MIM end users.
