Product Development Engineer
PMG, a global leader in the powder metal industry, has an immediate opportunity for a Research and Product Development Engineer for the Columbus, IN facility located just 30 minutes South of Indianapolis. Key Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include powder metal product design and manufacturing process development.
The qualified candidate is required to possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering and a minimum of 5 years work experience in design and product development. Experience with three dimensional modeling, CAD or similar design software is required. Work experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
The selected candidate will interface on a regular basis with our customers to develop new applications for powder metal manufacturing.
Candidates must also possess the ability to work in a team environment and have good organizational and interpersonal skills. Salary with complete benefits package is commensurate with experience.
