Payment
We accept the following credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We are
pleased
to accept checks as well (must be in U.S.
dollars and drawn
on a U.S. bank). Requests for
Proforma Invoices can be sent to plebedz@mpif.org.
Shipping
For shipments within the U.S. add $8.00 for
the 1st book, $3.00 for each additional book.
Outside the U.S. please add $18.00 per item.
