Management Staff

C. James Trombino, CAE  ext. 131—Executive Director/CEO for the Metal Powder Industries Federation and APMI International and serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Center for Powder Metallurgy Technology. He is also publisher of the International Journal of Powder Metallurgy. Jim joined MPIF in 1967 and has held a variety of management positions, most recently directing MPIF’s conferences, publications and professional development departments. Jim served as the 1987 President of the New Jersey Society of Association Executives, the 1992–93 International President  for the 15,000-member Meeting Professionals International, and in 2001–02, served as Chairman of the MPI Foundation. Jim serves on a variety of hotel and hospitality industry boards and has long been recognized as a meetings industry leader and spokesman. Jim is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and in 1985 was one of two recipients of ASAE’s Professional Performance Award recognizing outstanding achievement by association staff executives. Jim earned a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers University in 1980, graduating with Highest Honors.

 

Jillaine K. Regan  ext. 118—Vice President, Finance and Administration. Jill is responsible for MPIF, APMI, and CPMT finances. She is also responsible for human resources, general office administrative services, and information systems. Jill earned her B.S. in Commerce and Finance from Rider College.

 

James R. Dale  ext. 105—Vice President, Member and Industry Relations. Jim is responsible for industry marketing, membership and roadmap activities. He also serves as the staff liaison to industry consortiums and is administrative director for PMPA, RMA and MIMA. Jim earned an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering/Materials Science from Lehigh University.

 
Donni Magid   ext. 106—Director of Communications, directs MPIF's and APMI’s communications and digital initiatives. His responsibilities include Web site development, creative director for presentation media and stage/video shows at annual conferences, online member communications and newsletters, brand integrity, CD-ROM production and marketing of MPIF and APMI products. Donni has a B.A. in English/Communications from Temple University.
 

James P. Adams  ext. 117— Director, Technical Services. He works closely with the Technical Board and is responsible for technical departments such as publications, professional development and conference technical programming. Jim also administers activities for MPPA and IPA and directs the affairs of APMI International where he serves as Administrative Director. Jim is a graduate of Hennepin Technical College and has worked in the PM industry since 1985, most recently with Kobelco Metal Powders.

 

Teresa F. Stillman  ext. 102—Senior Manager, Standards and Technical Services. Tessa works closely with MPIF’s Technical Board and Standards Development Board, Committees, and Subcommittees. Tessa also administers the activities of the Center for Powder Metallurgy Technology.

 

Jessica S. Tamasi  ext. 103—Advertising and Exhibit Manager. Jessica is responsible for advertising sales for the International Journal of Powder Metallurgy and Who’s Who in PM. She also serves as exhibit manager for MPIF’s annual conference trade show. Jessica graduated from Rider College with a B.A. in Liberal Studies.

 

Sandra E. Leatherman  ext. 120—Manager, Meetings and Conferences. Sandy  handles speaker and technical program activities as well as coordination and management of on-site activities at annual technical conferences. Sandy also coordinates hotel logistics for all educational programs and seminars. She also serves as staff administrator for PMEA.  Sandy received her B.S. degree in Business Administration from The College of New Jersey.

 

Stacy M. Kalokitis  ext. 104—Systems Administrator. Stacy is responsible for information management and data processing, including database development. She is also responsible for Web site services and maintenance. 

 

Turner T. Abbott  ext. 108—Manager, Office Services. Turner is responsible for the coordination of all mailings, duplicating, shipping and receiving and general office services.


Administrative Staff

Sherry R. Henry  ext. 115—Sherry handles general bookkeeping functions for MPIF, APMI, and CPMT.

 

Peggy LeBedz  ext. 109—As MPIF Publication Department Coordinator, Peggy is responsible for order processing, shipping, and billing. She also processes APMI Journal subscriptions.

 

Dora L. Schember  ext. 110Dora serves as secretary to Jim Dale working closely with MPIF’s  member, marketing, statistics, and industry relations programs. She is also involved in the publication of the International Journal of Powder Metallurgy and statistics. Dora is also responsible for MPIF member records.

 

Susan N. Wright  ext. 113Susan is responsible for registration for all conferences, courses, and seminars. She assists with APMI member services and is responsible for member processing. She also assists with Who’s Who and Journal advertising and CPMT member services. She also serves as secretary to Jim Trombino.

 

Debby Stab  ext. 111Debby serves as graphics coordinator for MPIF/APMI. In this capacity, she is responsible for the art production of the International Journal of Powder Metallurgy as well as the design of all MPIF printed communications.
